In the restaurant, dishes are prepared following the traditional Tuscan country cuisine, using genuine ingredients that, in both flavor and presentation, evoke the atmosphere of rural life.
The tavern, created from the renovation of the old pigsty, has been enriched with a fireplace and furnished exclusively with materials typical of a Tuscan farmhouse.
The original oven, once used for baking bread, has been preserved in its original form and is now used to bake the delicious “Pizza di Varno.”
When the season is milder, guests can dine on the osteria terrace, where at sunset one can enjoy a landscape that is hard to describe in words.
